Smart Finance Solutions,
Smart Pricing.
No hourly surprises. No scope creep. No junior staff billed at partner rates. Business Avengers operates on transparent, fixed pricing, so you know exactly what your finance function costs before we start, not after the first invoice.
Three models. One for every stage of your business.
Why we publish our prices
Most finance firms don't show pricing on their website. They want a discovery call first, so they can size you up before they give you a number.
We don't operate that way.
You're a CFO or Finance Director. You make decisions based on numbers. So we give you the numbers upfront, and let you decide whether it makes sense before you spend 30 minutes on a call.
Choose your tier. Start your trial. See the saving.
Every tier includes a 45-day risk-free trial. Try the full service before you commit to anything.

Every tier. Every new client. 45 days, zero risk.
We don't ask you to commit to a retainer on faith. Every new Business Avengers client , Entry-Level, Senior-Level, or a combination, starts with a 45-day trial. Full service. Real team. Zero lock-in.
If the first 45 days don't demonstrate clear value, you cancel. No termination fees. No notice period. No invoice for the trial period. We offer this because we're confident it works. 50+ Australian SMEs started exactly this way.
What's not included, so there are no surprises
Our monthly fees cover the dedicated team managing your finance function. The following sit outside scope and are handled separately.
- Software licences for your accounting or payroll system, we work in your existing tools; you retain the licence
- ATO payment obligations, we prepare and assist with lodgement; you fund the payments
- External auditor or tax agent fees, we work alongside your accountant; their fees are separate
- Out-of-scope tasks, anything agreed as additional work is quoted and confirmed before it begins
If you're not sure whether something is in or out of scope, ask us before the engagement starts. We'd rather over-communicate on scope than have a conversation about it six weeks in.
